Our History
Our first EP, Yes Means No was written when we were new to London. The contrasts and subtleties of a new city can teach you a lot about who you are, as well as help you appreciate where you came from:

Our favourite track from Yes Means No might just be Long Goodbyes. It was written in a tiny, fogged-in airport when you couldn’t tell if it was night or morning, and if leaving was the best or worst thing in the world.
We wrote and recorded our second EP, Time To Leave after playing every corner of London, when that restlessness was starting to take hold. The city had given us a new perspective, but we were starting to feel like we’d lost sight of what was actually important to us:

With our album, The Fire & The Sigh, we wanted to capture something new. While before, it had been important to us to recreate what we sounded like live, with this album we wanted to put creating a great recording first, with more piano and organ added to the mix . This album was about deciding who we were and who we wanted to be, enjoying new beginnings while being thankful for all the places we’d been:

We all have different favourites on The Fire & The Sigh: Benji’s is Return and Daniel’s is Spark.
